Treatment Schedule
If you are prescribed TEPEZZA®, your treatment plan will typically include:
- A full course of 8 intravenous infusions over a 24-week period
- Initial dose: 10 mg/kg for the first infusion
- Subsequent doses: 20 mg/kg for infusions 2 through 8
- Infusions are administered once every 3 weeks for a total treatment duration of approximately 5 months
TEPEZZA® is administered as an intravenous infusion over approximately 60-90 minutes by a VIP healthcare professional, ensuring proper administration and monitoring throughout your treatment journey.
Preparation for Your Comfort
We understand that preparation time before your treatment may vary, and our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience during your infusion sessions. Your well-being is our priority at every step of the process, and our infusion suite is designed to maximize your comfort during the 60-90 minute infusion time. There is always at least one healthcare professional available to answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout your treatment. We can also put you in contact with a patient ambassador who has been receiving infusion therapies and can answer questions on a more personal level.
