What is ILUMYA®?
A Targeted Treatment for Plaque Psoriasis
ILUMYA® is a targeted biologic treatment specifically approved for adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. As part of VIP Rheumatology’s comprehensive care approach, ILUMYA® provides an FDA-approved treatment that works by selectively blocking interleukin-23 (IL-23), a key protein involved in the inflammation process that leads to psoriasis.

Treatment Schedule
If you are prescribed ILUMYA®, your treatment plan will typically include:
- Initial treatment: Subcutaneous injections at Weeks 0 and 4
- Maintenance: Subcutaneous injections every 12 weeks
