Treatment Schedule

If you are prescribed STELARA^®, your treatment plan will typically include:

For Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis:

Initial treatment: Subcutaneous injection at Week 0 and Week 4
Maintenance treatment: Subcutaneous injections every 12 weeks thereafter

For Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis:

Initial treatment: One-time intravenous infusion based on weight
Maintenance treatment: Subcutaneous injections every 8 weeks, starting 8 weeks after the intravenous dose
